Nope, Never. As we add new outdoor sites or anything else your toolbar will update automatically.

One option That I suggest users use who are on a screen resolutions of 800 by 600 of less.
This is the shrink toolbar. You will find it in drop down menu on the far left of the toolbar.
Arrows Point down, indicate that there is a menu there.
